The Rotary Die Cut Supervisor oversees the daily operation of rotary die-cutting machines, ensuring that production runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Oversees both the equipment and the team responsible for its operation.

Duties

• Lead and mentor a team to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of die-cutting machines.
• Monitor output and optimize processes to improve performance and reduce downtime.
• Ensure finished products meet customer specifications.
• Track and report on machine performance, production data, and maintenance needs.
• Work cross-functionally with other departments to meet deadlines.
• Enforce safety and quality standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years in the corrugated industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of die-cutting and flexo printing processes.
• Hands-on experience operating machines, especially the Rotary Ward 1500.
• Forklift license required (can be earned if not currently held).
• Bonus if familiar with Flexo Folder Gluer machines.

• Mechanical aptitude (able to troubleshoot and fix machine issues).
• Good with math, measurements, and analyzing data.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
